Burghol with Bull's eye

Plant used: Tragopogon Buphtalmoides

Community: Aarsal


  • 1 kg of halabloub
  • 1/2 kg of burghol
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

Method of Preperation

  1. Wash halabloub to remove the dirt and rinse it several times.
  2. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Boil until soft.
  4. Add soaked burghol and salt.
  5. Fry chopped onions with olive oil until light brown.
  6. Add the mixture to the halabloub.
  7. Can be served with yoghurt.
