Burghol with Bull's eye
Plant used: Tragopogon Buphtalmoides

Ingredients
- 1 kg of halabloub
- 1/2 kg of burghol
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 onion
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
Method of Preperation
- Wash halabloub to remove the dirt and rinse it several times.
- Chop into small pieces.
- Boil until soft.
- Add soaked burghol and salt.
- Fry chopped onions with olive oil until light brown.
- Add the mixture to the halabloub.
- Can be served with yoghurt.
