Borage with Onion
Plant used: Borago Officinalis
- 1 kg of borage
- 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Lemon juice (to taste)
Method of Preperation
- Cut the borage root.
- Clean and chop the borage to medium size.
- Boil in water for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Fry sliced onions in preheated oil until golden brown.
- Add borage.
- Leave 3 minutes on the heat then remove.
