Wild Thyme salad
Plant used: Origanum Syriacum
Community: Kueikh
Ingredients
- 1 Kg of wild thyme
- 200 g of green onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 pomegranate
Method of Preperation
- Remove the stems.
- Clean the leaves thoroughly (keep aside).
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
- Add to wild thyme, lemon juice, pomegranate, salt, and olive oil.
- Mix all ingredients.
