White Mustard Yoghurt Salad
Plant used: Sinapis Alba
Ingredients
- 250 g white mustard leaves washed and finely chopped
- 500 g yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method of Preperation
- Mix yoghurt with garlic and salt.
- Add the chopped leaves and mix.
- Add oil and serve with bread or serve as a side dish.
