White Mustard Yoghurt Salad

Plant used: Sinapis Alba


  • 250 g white mustard leaves washed and finely chopped
  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method of Preperation

  1. Mix yoghurt with garlic and salt.
  2. Add the chopped leaves and mix.
  3. Add oil and serve with bread or serve as a side dish.
