Mallow with Burghol

Plant used: Malva Sylvestris

Community: Kueikh


Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg of Mallow
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil or ghee
  • 2 cups of burghol
  • 2 onions (or 5 if green onions)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


Method of Preperation

  1. Clean and chop the Mallow.
  2. Fry Khubbayzi in preheated oil.
  3. Add Burghol.
