Mallow Sauté

Plant used: Malva Sylvestris


  • 500 g mallow leaves washed, drained and chopped
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method of Preperation

  1. Fry onions until pale golden brown, remove from oil.
