Mallow Sauté

Ingredients
- 500 g mallow leaves washed, drained and chopped
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
Method of Preperation
- Fry onions until pale golden brown, remove from oil.
- Sautee mallow with garlic, pepper and salt in the.
