Ingredients

• 200 g whole or freshly chopped leaves
• 1 garlic clove crushed
• 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt

Method of Preperation

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve as a snack or with meals .
