Fennel Salad

Plant used: Foeniculum Vulgare

Ingredients

  • 200g of Fennel
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt


Method of Preperation

  1. Clean the Fennel.
  2. Then dry it by squeezing.
  3. Chop finely.
  4. Squash garlic with salt.
  5. Mix all Ingredients.
