Fennel Salad
Plant used:  Foeniculum  Vulgare

Ingredients
	- 200g of Fennel
 
	- 1/3 cup of olive oil
 
	- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
 
	- 1 clove of garlic
 
	- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
 
Method of Preperation
	- Clean the Fennel.
 
	- Then dry it by squeezing.
 
	- Chop finely.
 
	- Squash garlic with salt.
 
	- Mix all Ingredients.
