Fennel Omelet
Plant used: Foeniculum Vulgare

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Fennel
- 10 Eggs
- 4 cups of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 50 g of green garlic leaves
Method of Preperation
- Mix the eggs with the flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
- Chop finely the onions, leaves of garlic, and Fennel.
- Add the vegetables to the flour and the eggs mixture.
- Mix all together.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and drop it in oil to fry.
- Cook until one side is brown and then flip it over.
