Eryngo with Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Eryngo
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of lemon
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt


Method of Preperation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
