Dried Eminium Stew
Plant used: Eminium Speculum
- 100 g dried rubbed Eminium leaves
- 250 g lamb meat cubes
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon allspice
Method of Preperation
- Sautee onion in oil until pale golden color.
- Add meat, salt and spice and sauté until meat is slightly browned.
- Add water to cover and cook until meat is well done.
- Add dried leaves and continue cooking on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
