Bull's eye with chickpeas
Plant used: Tragopogon Buphtalmoides

Ingredients
- 2 cups of chickpeas
- 1 cup of onions
- 1 kg of Bull's eye
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method of Preperation
- Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours.
- Crack the chickpeas.
- Fry the onions on preheated oil.
- Add in the chickpeas.
- Add the cleaned Bull's eye, salt, lemon juice.
- Fry all together.
- Eat when cool.
