Borage with Eggs
Plant used: Borago Officinalis
Community: Chouf
Ingredients
- 1 kg borage
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Method of Preperation
- Mix the eggs with the flour ,salt and pepper.
- Wash and clean the borage.
- Dip the borage in the egg mixture.
- Fry the borage mixture in oil.
