Borage with Eggs

Plant used: Borago Officinalis

Community: Chouf


  • 1 kg borage
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

Method of Preperation

  1. Mix the eggs with the flour ,salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and clean the borage.
  3. Dip the borage in the egg mixture.
  4. Fry the borage mixture in oil.
