Atrafan-Rhubarb-Rhaeum Palaestinum

Plant used: Rhaeum Palaestinum


  • 1 kg rhubarb stems and petioles
  • 7 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar or according to taste


Method of Preperation

  1. Boil in water until tender.
  2. Add sugar and boil for further 5 minutes.
  3. Cool and serve with its syrup as a dessert.
