Atrafan-Rhubarb-Rhaeum Palaestinum

Ingredients
- 1 kg rhubarb stems and petioles
- 7 cups water
- 2 cups sugar or according to taste
Method of Preperation
- Boil in water until tender.
- Add sugar and boil for further 5 minutes.
- Cool and serve with its syrup as a dessert.
