Asparagus with Eggs
Plant used: Asparagus Acutifolius

Ingredients
- 3 cups of asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Method of Preperation
- Clean the Asparagus.
- Chop roughly.
- Add the chopped asparagus over preheated oil.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with the salt, pepper and cinnamon.
- Pour over the asparagus.
- Put mixture in the stove on medium temperature and leave to dry.
