Asparagus with Eggs

Plant used: Asparagus Acutifolius

Community: Chouf


  • 3 cups of asparagus
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

Method of Preperation

  1. Clean the Asparagus.
  2. Chop roughly.
  3. Add the chopped asparagus over preheated oil.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with the salt, pepper and cinnamon.
  5. Pour over the asparagus.
  6. Put mixture in the stove on medium temperature and leave to dry.
