Colocosia Tuber with Sumac

Plant used: Rhus Coriaria

Ingredients

• 4 cups of colocosia tuber
• 1 clove of garlic
• Hot water
• A pinch of sumac
• A pinch of salt

Method of Preperation

1. Peel and chop colocosia tuber.
2. Boil colocosia tuber and strain.
3. Fry in oil.
4. Add all ingredients and mix.
